About the Role

White Falcons is hiring for a Seal Design Engineer opportunity with a Pune-based engineering/manufacturing organization.

The role is suited to an engineering professional with relevant experience in seal design and engineering applications.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of sealing solutions, support engineering requirements and work with relevant technical and cross-functional teams to deliver effective design outcomes.

Candidates with relevant seal-design, mechanical-design or closely related engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of sealing solutions.
• Understand technical and application requirements.
• Develop design concepts based on customer or engineering requirements.
• Work with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Review design requirements and support appropriate design solutions.
• Support design modifications and improvements.
• Prepare and maintain relevant engineering/design documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant technical teams during development.
• Support testing, validation or technical review activities where required.
• Identify design-related issues and contribute to solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of existing designs.
• Ensure design work is carried out in accordance with applicable engineering requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and records.
