About the Role

White Falcons is currently hiring for a Supply Chain Head opportunity with a Pune-based manufacturing organization.

The position is intended for an experienced supply-chain professional who can take ownership of supply-chain operations, coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and contribute to efficient movement of materials, inventory and business-critical supply-chain activities.

The successful candidate should have strong commercial and operational understanding, excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage supply-chain activities in a structured and result-oriented manner.

This is a leadership-level opportunity for a professional looking to take responsibility for supply-chain performance and contribute to the organization's operational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall supply-chain activities.
• Coordinate supply-chain operations with relevant internal departments.
• Support efficient planning and movement of materials and inventory.
• Monitor supply-chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, stores and other relevant functions where required.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support inventory planning and availability.
• Monitor supply-chain performance and operational priorities.
• Identify operational gaps and support corrective actions.
• Develop efficient and structured supply-chain processes.
• Support cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely coordination of supply-chain activities.
• Manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Provide supply-chain insights and updates to management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across supply-chain operations.
